Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cairnmead Faculty of Safety (Pty) Ltd, we provide digital learning programmes focused on construction health and safety, including CPD-accredited courses, professional certification pathways, industry-aligned training content, and practical learning resources designed to develop competent, accountable, and industry-ready safety professionals.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final once:

  • access to the course has been granted;
  • login credentials have been issued;
  • course materials have been downloaded;
  • a webinar or live session has been attended; or
  • a certificate of completion or CPD certificate has been issued.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Technical issues preventing access where Cairnmead is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
  • Incorrect course purchased where access has not yet been activated
  • A live training event is cancelled by Cairnmead

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase to:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to complete the course
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to meet certification requirements
  • Device or internet incompatibility
  • Downloaded materials already accessed
  • Missed live sessions due to participant unavailability

Cairnmead reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.
