TERMS OF SERVICE

By enrolling in a course through Cairnmead Faculty of Safety, you agree to the following terms:

Course Access

Course access is granted only to the registered learner unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate training packages.

Users may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Copy training content
  • Redistribute materials
  • Record webinars without permission
  • Resell course access

Certification

Certificates will only be issued where applicable course requirements are met, including:

  • Course completion
  • Assessment completion
  • Attendance requirements where applicable

Completion of a course does not automatically guarantee SACPCMP registration, accreditation, employment, or professional designation unless explicitly stated.

Compliance Responsibility

While Cairnmead provides health and safety education aligned with industry best practice, employers, contractors, developers, and professionals remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

Pricing

All pricing is listed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Cairnmead reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

Suspension of Access

Cairnmead may suspend learner access for:

  • Fraudulent payments
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Sharing course access credentials
